1. General Terms
By registering as a member or associate of NISO Group of Companies ("NISO", "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in NISO's network marketing program and use of its products and services.
NISO Group of Companies is a legally registered entity operating in accordance with the laws of India. All activities on the platform are subject to Indian law, including the Direct Selling Guidelines 2016 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
2. Membership
- Membership is open to Indian citizens above 18 years of age.
- Each individual may hold only one membership account.
- Members must provide accurate personal information during registration.
- A valid Sponsor ID from an active existing member is required to register.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- NISO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
3. Income Plan
NISO's income plan consists of six income types: Sponsor Bonus, Matching Bonus, Sponsor Matching Bonus, Auto Pool Income, Team Incentive Rewards, and Direct Incentive. All income amounts are calculated based on the current plan rates and are subject to change with prior notice.
- Sponsor Bonus: 10% of the joining fee of every personally sponsored member.
- Matching Bonus: 10% of Business Volume (BV) of each completed Left-Right pair.
- TDS Deduction: 5% TDS is deducted from all income types as per the Income Tax Act.
- Admin Charge: 5% service charge is deducted from all income types.
- Net Payout = Gross Income − TDS (5%) − Admin Charge (5%).
- Income is credited to the member's wallet and can be requested for withdrawal after reaching the minimum withdrawal amount.
4. Income Disclaimer
Important Notice: All income examples, earnings representations, and income projections shown on this website or in company materials are for illustrative purposes only. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, market conditions, team performance, and other factors. NISO does not guarantee any specific level of income to any member. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Network marketing involves direct selling. Income is directly linked to personal sales activity and team-building efforts. Members who do not actively sell products or build teams may earn little to no income. NISO strongly encourages members to evaluate their personal capacity before joining.
5. Refund Policy
NISO operates a no-refund policy on joining fees once membership has been activated. This is in accordance with standard industry practices for network marketing memberships.
- Joining fees are non-refundable after account activation.
- Product-related refunds (where applicable) must be claimed within 7 days of receipt, subject to product condition verification.
- Real estate booking advances are refundable only in cases of project cancellation by NISO, subject to a 10% processing deduction.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable upon account termination due to misconduct.
6. Real Estate Terms
- Plot bookings at Mangalam City and other NISO real estate projects are subject to separate sale agreements.
- Booking advance (5% of total value) secures the plot. Full payment schedule is governed by the individual booking agreement.
- NISO reserves the right to substitute plot allocations due to planning changes, with plots of equal or greater value.
- Possession timelines are indicative and subject to regulatory approvals and construction progress.
- Real estate bookings by non-members are subject to market rates without member discounts.
7. KYC & Privacy
All members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification within 30 days of registration to continue receiving income payouts. KYC documents required include:
- Aadhaar Card (mandatory)
- PAN Card (mandatory for income above ₹10,000/year)
- Bank account details with cancelled cheque or passbook copy
- Recent passport-size photograph
NISO treats all personal data with strict confidentiality and does not share information with third parties without member consent, except as required by law.
8. Code of Conduct
Members must conduct business with integrity and professionalism. Prohibited activities include:
- Making false or misleading income claims to prospects.
- Recruiting members through pressure, deception, or coercion.
- Poaching members from other uplines within the NISO network.
- Defaming NISO Group, its management, or other members on any platform.
- Misrepresenting NISO's products, services, or business opportunity.
9. Termination
NISO reserves the right to terminate membership without prior notice in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, violation of these terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the company or its members. Upon termination, all pending income may be forfeited. Members may voluntarily deactivate their accounts by contacting support in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jharkhand, India. NISO Group of Companies reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued membership after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
